Terms governing ride requests, confirmation, capacity, itinerary changes, payment and external partners.
Request and confirmation
Submitting the form creates a request for review. A ride becomes confirmed only after Montreal Airport Limousine reviews the date, route, passenger and luggage details and a representative communicates the fixed price. No card is charged and no deposit is collected automatically with an ordinary request.
Route, vehicle and capacity
The standard service is a private one-way route in a black Tesla Model Y for one to three passengers, subject to luggage. Waiting, a return, oversized items, more than three passengers or a material itinerary change requires a revised confirmation.
Prices and payment
Published prices are in Canadian dollars, include taxes and are estimates until the exact route is confirmed. A secure invoice or hosted payment link is provided after review according to the agreed timing. Card information must never be entered in the request notes.
External partners
Partner websites operate under their own availability, prices, privacy practices and terms. A link does not guarantee or transfer responsibility for an external service.
