Cancellation and No-Show Policy
How cancellations, material itinerary changes and no-shows are handled after a ride is confirmed.
Before confirmation
A submitted request is not yet a booking. If your plans change before Montreal Airport Limousine confirms the ride, call as soon as possible so the request can be closed without confusion.
After confirmation
The cancellation terms applicable to a confirmed ride are communicated with the accepted itinerary, fixed price and any special arrangement. Those accepted terms control. A material time, route, passenger or luggage change can require a new confirmation and price.
No-show and contact
Use the passenger mobile number provided in the request and remain reachable at pickup. If the passenger cannot be found or contacted at the agreed place and time, the confirmed no-show terms may apply.
How to cancel
Call 514-992-2232 and provide the non-sensitive ride reference. Do not send payment-card information or private documents.
